Customer Reviews
vintage port for a steal
that vintage port arrived perfectly, and the &more rewards discount was automatic, so easy.
Concierge Service rocks for special bottles!
Just received my order from last week โ a huge Jeroboam of German Riesling for a party. The Concierge service made finding it super easy, they knew exactly what was in stock and even helped me compare prices with Wine.com. I got a 15% case discount without even asking, it just applied at checkout. Total Wine really came through for this unique bottle.
Always a great experience, even with futures
Compared to my usual experience with Zachys, Total Wine & More's Concierge Sales really holds its own. I've been coming back for years now, mostly for Bordeaux Futures, and the process is always consistent. While most of my savings are usually from the automatic case discounts, I did use a code at checkout on my last order of Riedel decanters. My main question was about shipping for allocated items like the 2019 Chรขteau Lafite Rothschild, but they clarified it perfectly. It's why I keep returning.
Great Experience for Hard-to-Find Bottles!
I was looking for a specific Armagnac, something not typically found at regular liquor stores, and Concierge Sales had it. The process was super easy; I just added it to my cart, and the member pricing through &More Rewards automatically applied, which was nice. I also browsed some Cask Strength Bourbons โ they had a pretty good selection there too. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived perfectly packaged. It's definitely a step up from browsing at Wine.com or even Zachys for these kinds of specialized items.
Concierge Service is a Game Changer for Events
Has anyone else used the Concierge Sales for event drink planning? I was a bit skeptical at first, but their service made planning a big party so much easier. They helped me pick out a great selection, including a fantastic bottle of Mezcal Vago Elote that I probably wouldn't have found on my own. The best part is how the savings add up with their case discounts, and as an &More Rewards member, some of the pricing was just unbeatable. And yes, you absolutely can pick up your concierge order at your local Total Wine store, which is super convenient compared to waiting for a delivery from Wine.com or Zachys.
Great advice, minor hiccup
I had a sommelier consultation last week and it was really helpful for picking out a special bottle. They even helped me find a limited edition decanter to go with it. My only small wish is that they had a wider selection of vintages readily available for browsing.
Great way to find special bottles
Last month, I reached out to the Concierge service looking for some specific Super Tuscans and a bottle of Yamazaki 12 Year. It was really easy to get a hold of someone and they helped me find some great options, even suggesting a few that weren't easily found elsewhere online like at Vinfolio. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the pricing isn't always the absolute best compared to, say, K&L Wine Merchants on certain items, but the convenience and selection through Concierge makes up for it.
Great service, easy savings
Last week, I ordered a bottle of Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge from Total Wine & More for concierge delivery. The delivery required a minimum order of about $100, which was easy to hit, and the case discount applied automatically. I didn't need to enter any codes at checkout for the savings.
jeroboam shipping query was handled well
last week i was looking at a few german rieslings and big jeroboam bottles, but had a question about how long shipping takes for allocated items. their concierge team got back to me pretty quick with a clear answer. it's great that &More Rewards members get automatic pricing too, makes it super easy to save without hunting for codes.
Decent selection but delivery was slow
Shopping for some nice Irish Whiskey, I found a good selection at Total Wine & More, including a bottle of Redbreast 12-Year-Old, which is always a treat. The &More Rewards pricing was automatically applied and gave me a nice discount, so I didnt need to mess with any codes. That was super convenient. I also looked at some of their Luxury Gift Baskets for a different occasion. Everything seemed pretty straightforward until it came to the actual delivery. It took a bit longer than I expected, and I was starting to wonder if they offered temperature-controlled shipping for the more delicate items, though my whiskey was fine. Overall, it worked out, but the delivery speed could definitely use some improvement.
